From Plan to Plate 💚

The main challenge was designing an interface that allowed users to complete tasks smoothly while maintaining clarity and accessibility. I created detailed user personas to guide the user journey and developed high-fidelity prototypes covering two typical task flows. Throughout the process, all prototype versions were tested with a representative customer base using A/B testing and usability testing, and adjustments were made based on insights from think-aloud sessions and Nielsen’s usability heuristics to improve navigation, readability, and task completion.
